What we collect

Contact details, trip preferences, group composition, budget range, messages and documents you choose to provide.

Optional website analytics

Only with your permission, our first-party analytics record how you found us, public pages and journeys viewed, approximate engagement time, language, currency, device category and the enquiry reference created after submission. We do not record form answers, email addresses, messages or private trip content. Your choice is stored on this device; use “Privacy choices” at any time to change it. Declining does not affect our service, and withdrawing stops future collection but does not automatically delete earlier aggregated records.

How we use it

To answer enquiries, design and operate the journey, maintain your private portal, send service emails, keep records and improve the website.

Who may receive it

Only staff and travel suppliers who need the relevant details to serve your journey. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the service, meet record-keeping duties and resolve questions. You may ask us to review, correct or delete information where applicable.

Security and payment

Private records are protected by access controls. SinoSky does not ask you to enter card numbers on this website; current payments use the bank details shown in your private portal.
